This course offers in-depth training of ticketing configuration and best practices over a six-week time period, including one week of in-person education. The Comprehensive curriculum begins with 10 virtual lessons, followed by a week-long immersive classroom experience, and ends with a group project where students use newly learned skills to design a Tessitura solution to a real-world scenario. The course is taught by three highly experienced Tessitura staff instructors, ensuring not only a high degree of teacher assistance for each student enrolled, but also that a broad and deep knowledge of best practices across a wide variety of organizations will inform each course.

“I really enjoyed the training. The CORE phase was helpful in getting me a base of knowledge before moving into the classroom portion. The classroom phase was the right mix of lectures and practice. As a hands-on learner, it was a good way for me to grasp the information and retain it. I now have a more comprehensive understanding of how all parts of the system work together.”
Melissa Scott, TCPD Graduate

“I really enjoyed working with each of the instructors and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere they created from the get-go. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, and they encouraged us to ask for help whenever we were unsure! The class was comprehensive, the instructors thorough, and their support was constant.”
