Erin Koppel, Vice President
Erin has 20+ years of experience in development, from annual funds to major giving, and cultivation and engagement activities, be it a gala, auction, and all other types of events. Prior to joining Tessitura Network, she was Deputy Director of Development at the Lyric Opera of Chicago. Erin left with an exemplary record of successful contributed revenue strategies which leveraged engagement opportunities across all transactions and touchpoints with patrons and subscribers. Since beginning with Enterprise Consulting, she has worked worldwide in all genres and sizes of organizations using Tessitura. Erin resides in southwestern suburban Chicago, Illinois.
Edward R. Gargiulo III, Director
Ed has over 15 years of experience in membership, marketing, and customer relationship management. Prior to joining Tessitura Network, he was Director, Membership and Database Marketing at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Ed’s work there included redesigning and launching their membership program, instituting a lifecycle based marketing approach, and advancing the use of business intelligence to turn data into information, information into knowledge, and knowledge into insight to drive decision making. Ed resides in Wilton Manors, just outside Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Jenifer Thomas LaMorte, Director
Jenifer Thomas LaMorte is a marketing, sales, and strategy professional with corporate and not-for-profit experience. Prior to joining Tessitura Network, she oversaw the revenue strategy for Disney’s North American Broadway productions with responsibilities spanning analytics, revenue management, modeling and forecasting, customer service, and innovation, with an eye toward the intersection of marketing and finance. She holds an MBA and Masters of Arts Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Jenifer resides in Hoboken, New Jersey, just outside New York City.
Steven Roth, Director
Steven brings over two decades of industry experience to the Tessitura Enterprise Consulting Team. He is a recognized thought leader in CRM and has worked with arts and culture organizations of all genres and sizes throughout North America. He was President and co-founder of The Pricing Institute and most recently was President of JCA Arts Marketing. Steven is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and has taught CRM and Arts Marketing at the graduate level. Steven began his career as Marketing Director of The Shubert Organization. He has completed five marathons, attended over 200 music concerts, and was a contributing writer for The Sondheim Review.
Carli Webb, Director
Carli Webb serves as the business technical expert embedded in the Enterprise Consulting team. Her unique ability to capture complex business requirements and translate them into elegant technical solutions leverages her nearly 20 years of experience as a system administrator of Tessitura. She serves as the team’s in-house technical expert for Tessitura and Tessitura Analytics, devising insight delivery dashboards which meet the needs of executives and analysts alike. Before working at Tessitura Network, Carli was CEO of Dragonfly Network, a consulting company specializing in Tessitura administration, reporting and analytics, configuration, and technical assistance. Carli resides in Elon, North Carolina.
Sebastian Cater, Consultant, Tessitura Europe
Sebastian has over 19 years of experience in the commercial and not-for-profit cultural sector, and was most recently Director of Marketing and Sales at Sadler’s Wells. During his time there he updated their membership scheme, resulting in record-breaking subscriptions and a UK Theatre Award nomination, and he developed a CRM strategy which increased customer retention and advance bookings. He also managed the implementation of Tessitura and revenue management systems, and managed the creation of a bespoke segmentation model. He recently became a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Director of Dance Consortium, and he is an advocate for improving mental health and wellbeing in business. Sebastian lives in the North Downs, East Kent.
Amalia Hordern, Consultant
Amalia has over 15 years of experience in marketing, ticketing, and customer relationship management. Prior to joining Tessitura Network, she was Senior Manager, Customer Experience at The Australian Ballet. Amalia provided leadership for a team of CRM, marketing, customer service, and ticketing professionals to realize both revenue and audience goals through detailed audience segmentation and a data driven approach to customer engagement. Amalia resides in the Dandenong Ranges, just outside Melbourne, Australia.
