The Conference Planning Committee

Our unique volunteer Planning Committee creates the TLCC content sessions you want and need.

This is your conference — planned by members, for members

Our user-directed Planning Committee, unique among arts and culture conferences, ensures that we are able to present the sessions that Tessitura users really want to see at TLCC. Content is planned by users, for users. It's a great networking opportunity, a chance to learn more about Tessitura and the organizations that use it, and a lot of fun too.

    The Planning Committee develops Peer-to-Peer Presentations, Quickfire Presentations, and Panel Discussions for the Conference.

    Members recruit presenters and panelists from the Tessitura community.

    The Planning Committee works with presenters and panelists to plan the sessions in detail and get them ready for TLCC.

    The Open Space Discussions sub-committee chooses a theme for this year's discussions, invites attendees to participate, and curates related post-conference materials.

TLCC2020 Planning Committee

Interested in joining the Planning Committee for TLCC2020? We'd love to hear from you! No conference or presentation experience is required, and you're welcome to apply even if you're unable to attend TLCC. We'll have our kick-off meeting the first week of January, and work on developing content through the end of July. Our sub-committees for 2020 will include: Finance & Operations, Infrastructure & Programming, Learning & Engagement, Marketing & Digital, Philanthropy & Fundraising, and Sales & Service.
